Funktion Eine erfahrene Fachperson Betreuung als Wald-Gruppenleitung Kategorie Päd. Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 45%, Teilzeit Stellenantritt 01. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Stellenbeschrieb   Der Verein Kinderbetreuung Bergdietikon (KiBe) betreibt eine KiTa (Kindertagesstätte) sowie einen Hort (Tagesstruktur) in einem modernen Mehrzweckgebäude direkt auf dem Schulareal.   Die KiTa bietet insgesamt 71 Plätze, aufgeteilt auf fünf Gruppen: eine Babygruppe, zwei altersgemischte Gruppen, eine Vorkindergartengruppe sowie eine Waldgruppe. In diesen Gruppen werden Kinder im Alter von 14 Wochen bis zum Kindergarteneintritt betreut.   Die Waldgruppe steht Kindern ab etwa 2,5 Jahren bis zum Kindergarteneintritt offen. Sie verfügt über einen Aussenstandort in einem ehemaligen Kindergartenraum, der bei ungünstiger Witterung als Rückzugs- und Aufenthaltsort genutzt werden kann. Jeweils am Dienstag und Donnerstag verbringen die Kinder den Tag in einem nahegelegenen Waldgebiet.   Nun suchen wir für unsere Waldgruppe eine erfahrene Fachperson Betreuung Kind als Gruppenleiter/in (45%) (Arbeitstage Di und Do)   Wir bieten - Einen attraktiven Arbeitsplatz (der Wald in Bergdietikon) - Moderne Räumlichkeiten (z.B. eigenes Personalbüro) am KiTa-Standort - Moderne Kommunikationswege - Ein engagiertes, respektvolles und motiviertes Team   (das Wald-Team besteht aus einer Gruppenleitung und einer Assistenzperson) - Zeitgemässe Arbeitsbedingungen wie unter anderen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und attraktive Sozialleistungen - Gute Erreichbarkeit mit den ÖV und gratis Parkplätze   Deine Tätigkeiten umfassen - Leitung der Wald-Gruppe - Gestalten eines abwechslungsreichen Wald-Alltages und Arbeiten nach Jahresplan - Umsetzen der internen Konzepte (u.a. pädagogisches Waldkonzept) - Teilnahme an den regelmässig geführten Sitzungen und Anlässen   Du bringst mit - Ein Diplom als FaBe Kind oder eine gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung - Erfahrung als ausgelernte FaBe Kind (Wiedereinsteiger/innen sind willkommen) - Erfahrung in der Waldpädagogik - Freude am Aufenthalt in der Natur und daran, Kindern bei jedem Wetter wertvolle Naturerlebnisse näherzubringen - Engagement, Motivation und Flexibilität - Fantasie, Kreativität und eine gute Portion Humor - Verantwortungsgefühl und Eigeninitiative - Freude an der Teamarbeit und einer konstruktiven Elternarbeit   Haben wir dein Interesse geweckt?
