Solidarité femmes sucht ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Kinderbetreuung (10%) und ein-e Springer-in (kombinierbar, wenn möglich).

Aufgrund der Zusammensetzung im Kindernachmittagsteam vom Frauenhaus bevorzugen wir Bewerbungen von Männern\* und non-binäre Menschen.

 Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Organisation und Durchführung der Kindernachmittage mit einer Gruppe von Kindern unterschiedlichen Alters
  • Stärkung der Sozialkompetenzen und der persönlichen Ressourcen der Kinder
  • Vorbild sein für konstruktive und gewaltfreie Konfliktlösung
  • Den Ablauf der Ausflüge mit den Kindern dokumentieren
  • Gelegentliche zusätzliche Kinderbetreuung übernehmen, je nach Verfügbarkeit
  • Gelegentlich kleinere Aufgaben übernehmen, die zur Instandhaltung der Ausrüstung und der Räumlichkeiten beitragen.

 Gewünschtes Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung oder in der Animation von Kindern, wenn möglich im stationären Bereich
  • Eigenverantwortung beim Planen von Aktivitäten
  • Flexibilität für die Arbeit mit häufig wechselnden Gruppen
  • Verfügbarkeit freitagsnachmittags (10 %), mittwochs nachmittags für eventuelle Vertretungen oder zu anderen Zeiten unter der Woche.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, andere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Vorteil
