Als Fachperson im sozial\-juristischen Fachdienst gehen Sie Meldungen und Hinweisen nach und klären ab, welche Unterstützung passend ist. Für die Abklärungen stehen Sie sowohl mit den betroffenen Personen wie auch mit anderen Fach\- und Amtsstellen in Kontakt. Basierend auf Gesprächen, Berichten oder Gutachten, schätzen Sie den Handlungsbedarf ein und erarbeiten die Grundlagen für die behördlichen Entscheide. Bei Interesse und entsprechender Qualifikation besteht die Möglichkeit einer Mitarbeit im Rechtsdienst und Begleitung der Auditorate. Ihre fundierten Fachkenntnisse und Ihre Erfahrung ermöglichen es Ihnen, effizient und umsichtig vorzugehen. Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet des Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutzes mit, die Sie hier vertiefen können. Ihre vorurteilslose und Menschen zugewandte Grundhaltung trägt dazu bei, das Gesetz in befähigendem Sinne umzusetzen. Ihre engagierte, zuverlässige und dienstleitungsorientierte Haltung führt dazu, dass Sie diese sinnstiftende Arbeit selbständig und verantwortungsvoll erfüllen können.

Im Team arbeiten wir interdisziplinär und vernetzt zusammen und pflegen eine offene Organisationskultur, bei welcher der gegenseitige Support und die Kollegialität im Zentrum stehen.
