Die SVA Graubünden ist mit rund 220 Mitarbeitenden das Kompetenzzentrum für Sozialversicherungen und bietet Gewähr für eine fachkundige Durchführung der ihr übertragenen Aufgaben. Für die Umsetzung unseres anspruchsvollen Leistungsauftrages suchen wir aktive Mitarbeitende wie Sie, die im direkten Kundenkontakt selbstständig arbeiten und bereit sind, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Die Invalidenversicherung (IV) ist eine gesamtschweizerische obligatorische Sozialversicherung. Sie unterstützt versicherte Personen, die von Invalidität bedroht oder betroffen sind, mittels Eingliederungsmassnahmen. Dies mit dem Ziel, dass die versicherten Personen ihre Existenzgrundlage ganz oder teilweise selbstständig sichern können. Wenn eine solche (Wieder)eingliederung nicht oder nur teilweise möglich ist, richtet die IV eine (Teil\-)Rente aus.

Aufgaben

* Leistungsgesuche zu Hilfsmitteln der IV und AHV sowie zu medizinischen Massnahmen erfassen, prüfen und entscheiden

* Versicherungsrechtlichen Anspruch prüfen und fehlende Unterlagen einholen

* Relevante Systemdaten erfassen sowie den Fallverlauf führen und dokumentieren

* Betroffene Familien adressaten\- und bedarfsgerecht beraten und an geeignete Fachstellen verweisen

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern koordinieren

* Einwände prüfen und bearbeiten

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder medizinische Grundausbildung
  • Sehr gute Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kenntnisse auf Stufe Sachbearbeitung; eidgenössischer Fachausweis von Vorteil
  • Medizinische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, effiziente und systematische Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Wertschätzende und adressatengerechte Kommunikation sowie ein zuverlässiger und diskreter Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der IV\-Massnahmen und \-Abläufe sowie Lern\- und Veränderungsbereitschaft
