Sie erfüllt als eigenständiges öffentlich\-rechtliches Unternehmen einen gesetzlichen Auftrag und leistet einen Beitrag zur sozialen Sicherheit für die Bevölkerung und die Wirtschaft des Kantons. Für die Abteilung Leistungen unserer IV\-Stelle suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Juristin / einen Juristen (80 \- 100 %) Was Sie bewegen Juristische Beratung und Unterstützung der internen Spezialisten und Spezialistinnen der Integrations\- sowie der Leistungsabteilung Rechtliche Überprüfung und Visum von Vorbescheiden, Verfügungen und Einspracheentscheiden Vertretung der IV\-Stelle in Beschwerdeverfahren vor kantonalen und eidgenössischen Gerichten Sie treiben die Umsetzung fachlicher und prozessualer Neuerungen aktiv mit voran – von der rechtlichen Einschätzung über die Lösungsentwicklung bis hin zur Einführung in die Praxis. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in Projekten der Abteilung und sorgen dafür, dass Ideen auch tatsächlich im Alltag ankommen. Was Sie mitbringen Abgeschlossene juristische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Anwaltspatent Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Sozialversicherungsrecht Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachpersonen der IV\-Stelle und des Regionalärztlichen Dienstes (RAD) Verhandlungsgeschick und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit Stilsicheres und korrektes Formulieren von Texten und Entscheiden Pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ihre Vorteile bei der SVA BL Eine gute Work\-Life\-Balance ist uns wichtig.
