Ihre Rolle: Führung, die bewegt

Ob als Leitung oder Stellvertretung - Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die operative und strategische Ausrichtung unseres Teams. Ihre Aufgaben sind so vielfältig wie herausfordernd:

  • Teamführung mit Charme und Klarheit: Sie leiten unsere Sachbearbeiter:innen, koordinieren die Rekrutierung neuer Teammitglieder und sorgen für eine reibungslose Einarbeitung.
  • Qualität , die überzeugt: Sie sichern unsere Standards, vertreten uns im Austausch mit dem Drittstellen und entwickeln das Fachsystem KLIB weiter.
  • Sitzungen, die Wirkung zeigen: Sie leiten Sitzungen, steuern Controlling-Prozesse und sind Ansprechperson für interne und externe Partner:innen.
  • Innovation , die begeistert: Sie bringen frische Ideen ein und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung unserer Fachstelle aktiv mit.

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) , vorzugsweise in der Verwaltung oder im sozialen Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Sozialversicherungs- und/oder Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzrecht   oder eine sozialversicherungsrechtliche Ausbildung.
  • Führungserfahrung? Noch besser.Aber auch ohne, wir sind offen.
  • Erfahrung mit KLIB oder ähnlichen Systemen ist erwünscht, aber keine Voraussetzung. Hauptsache, Sie sind offen für neue Tools und bereit, sich einzuarbeiten.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und ein Gespür für Menschen . Denn Führung bedeutet nicht nur, Aufgaben zu delegieren, sondern auch, ein Team zu motivieren - und manchmal einfach zuzuhören.
