Das Pädagogische Zentrum für Hören und Sprache HSM Münchenbuchsee ist ein Dienstleistungszent-rum mit einem breiten Förder- und Beratungsangebot für Kinder und Jugendliche mit schweren Hör- und Sprachbeeinträchtigungen und deren Umfeld. Wir schulen normalbegabte Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Hör- und/oder Sprachbeeinträchtigungen von der Basisstufe bis und mit Sekundarstufe I. Tragen Sie gerne Entwicklungen mit und sind bereit, Strukturen aufzubauen und umzusetzen? Sehen Sie Lösungen und Ressourcen? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Aufgaben ###

Die Aufgabe setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: Zyklus 3 in Münchenbuchsee (3 Klassen) Zyklus 1 an den Standorten Burgdorf, Worb, Rüderswil (4 Klassen) - Sie führen und unterstützen alle Fachpersonen in ihrem beruflichen Alltag - Sie legen Wert auf Bildungsqualität - Sie setzen Unterrichts- und Schulentwicklungsthemen ins Zentrum - Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Leitungspersonen zusammen - Sie arbeiten mit allen Bereichen des HSM zusammen

Anforderungen ###

\- Sie verfügen über eine Schulleitungsausbildung und bringen Führungs- sowie Berufserfahrung mit - Sie stellen den Menschen ins Zentrum und mögen Herausforderungen - Sie sind eine flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit - Sie sind teamfähig und arbeiten lösungsorientiert - Sie haben Kenntnisse des Berner Schulsystems
