The posting

An der Schule Petermoos unterrichten wir aktuell rund 380 Schülerinnen und Schüler in Lernlandschaften. Einen Teil des Unterrichts bestreiten wir in leistungsdurchmischten Stammklassen, einzelne Fächer werden in Anforderungsstufen unterrichtet.

Für unser Team suchen wir per 1. März 2027: 

eine Schulsozialarbeiterin / einen Schulsozialarbeiter (60 %)

  • einen regelmässigen Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit mit einer zweiten Schulsozialarbeiterin, die ebenfalls 60% angestellt ist

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört

  • die Beratung von Jugendlichen, Eltern, Lehrpersonen und der Schulleitung
  • Die Arbeit mit Kleingruppen und Klassen zu aktuellen Themen und Problemlagen (Intervention)
  • die Prävention zu Grundsatzthemen
  • die Kooperation und Vernetzung mit anderen Institutionen wie z.B. Jugendarbeit, Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrum, Schulpsychologischer Dienst oder Erziehungsberatung

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit und einen CAS Schulsozialarbeit oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen 
  • Systemische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Offenheit, Kreativität, Flexibilität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Erfahrung in der Schulsozialarbeit oder mit Jugendlichen und Familien von Vorteil
