Seit 1994 befindet sich der Räbhof im Herzen von Lausen/BL. Er bietet Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung moderne Wohnplätze sowie eine abwechslungsreiche Tagesstruktur an. Durch die schöne Lage im alten Dorfkern ist der Räbhof gut zu erreichen und geografisch und gesellschaftlich imDorf integriert.

Für die Betreuung und Begleitung unserer BewohnerInnen im Wohnhaus Räbhof suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung 

einen Sozialpädagogen/eine Sozialpädagogin (HF/FH) 30%-Pensum oder eine Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie begleiten die Bewohnenden der Aussenwohngruppe im Alltag und unterstützen sie in ihren lebenspraktischen Fähigkeiten
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Klienten mit agogischen Massnahmen und erledigen ebenso administrative Arbeiten
  • Zusätzlich zur Arbeit auf der Aussenwohngruppe begleiten Sie auch KlientInnen der Ambulanten Wohnbegleitung 

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik (FH/HF) oder als Fachangestellte\*r Betreuung (FaBe) 
  • Einschlägige Arbeitserfahrung in einer gleichen bzw. ähnlichen Position 
  • Selbständige, empathische Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung trägt 
  • Sie arbeiten gerne eigenständig sowie auch im Team und können sich flexibel im Arbeitsalltag einbringen  
  • Arbeitszeiten bis in den Abend (20:30) und Dienste an einzelnen Sonntagen sind kein Problem für Sie
  • Sie kennen sich mit der gängigen Software aus (MS Office) und scheuen sich nicht vor administrativen Aufgaben
