Du arbeitest genau und möchtest im Einkauf etwas bewegen? Bei einem wachsenden Produktionsunternehmen liegt dein Schwerpunkt mit rund 60 bis 70 % im operativen Einkauf. Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst du direkt strategische Aufgaben oder wächst Schritt für Schritt hinein. So kannst du dein Wissen einbringen und Neues dazulernen.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Du planst den Materialbedarf, prüfst Lagerbestände und löst Bestellungen passend zum Produktionsbedarf aus.
  • Du behältst Liefertermine im Blick, klärst Abweichungen und stimmst dich mit Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern ab.
  • Du pflegst Artikel- und Lieferantendaten im ERP und wirkst an Verbesserungen der Einkaufsabläufe mit.
  • Du vergleichst Bezugsquellen, unterstützt bei Verhandlungen und Einkaufsprojekten und übernimmst je nach Erfahrung zunehmend strategische Aufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt bei administrativen Arbeiten und betreust die Telefonzentrale 

Anforderungsprofil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management oder Lebensmitteltechnik HF, Ingenieur FH, BSc Lebensmitteltechnologie /-wissenschaften
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Einkauf mit, arbeitest exakt und strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren offenen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, erkennst Zusammenhänge und denkst vorausschauend.
  • Du kommunizierst gewandt auf Deutsch und Englisch und trittst im Kontakt mit Lieferanten verbindlich auf.
  • Du packst im Team mit an, schätzt vielseitige Aufgaben und möchtest dich im strategischen Einkauf weiterentwickeln.
