Für ein erfolgreiches, international ausgerichtetes Schweizer KMU im Maschinen\- und Anlagenbau suchen wir exklusiv eine engagierte Persönlichkeit. In dieser Funktion sorgen Sie dafür, dass Produktion und Montage zur richtigen Zeit mit den benötigten Materialien versorgt sind.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technische Bauteile, Komponenten und Materialien beschaffen
  • Bestellungen selbstständig auslösen, bearbeiten und überwachen
  • Offerten einholen, vergleichen und beurteilen
  • Preise, Liefertermine und Konditionen mit Lieferanten verhandeln
  • Auftragsbestätigungen prüfen und ausstehende Lieferungen konsequent nachverfolgen
  • Bei Engpässen und fehlenden Teilen frühzeitig geeignete Massnahmen einleiten
  • Materialverfügbarkeit für Produktion und Montage sicherstellen
  • Eng mit Technik, Produktion und weiteren internen Stellen zusammenarbeiten
  • Artikel\- und Lieferantenstammdaten im ERP\-System aktuell halten
  • Einkaufs\- und Beschaffungsabläufe aktiv weiterentwickeln

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung und Erfahrung im Einkauf, in der Beschaffung oder Disposition
  • Alternativ eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Einkaufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische Produkte und industrielle Prozesse
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Geschick bei Verhandlungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen
