Mit einer Flotte von über 22\.000 bewirtschafteten Güterwagen, davon mehr als 17\.000 eigenen, ist Wascosa der am schnellsten wachsende Anbieter von Schienengüterverkehrssystemen in Europa. Unser Kerngeschäft ist die Vermietung und Verwaltung von Güterwagen und als viertgrösster Vermieter von Güterwagen bedienen wir Schlüsselsektoren wie Stahl, Chemie, intermodale Logistik und die Schüttgutindustrie. Mit über 130 Mitarbeitenden in Luzern, Hamburg, Salzburg und weiteren Metropolen, unterstützt Wascosa ihre Kunden in 23 europäischen Ländern und liefert zuverlässige, flexible und nachhaltige Transportlösungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich im Bereich Einkauf Instandhaltungs\- und Instandsetzung\-Dienstleistungen für unseren Standort in Luzern. Deine Rolle Durchführung des Einkaufs der Instandhaltungs\- und Instandsetzungsdienstleistungen Planung und Sicherung der ötigten Werkstattkapazitäten und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen und Radsätzen mit dem Ersatzteil\- und Radsatzmanagement, resp. mit den Werkstätten mit Aufarbeitungskompetenzen Preis\- und Konditionsverhandlungen (u.a. gemäss Leistungskatalog) Einforderung von Preislisten und Stundensätze der Werkstätten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Revisionsplanung und dem Vertrieb bezüglich Werkstattfähigkeiten und \-kapazitäten Sicherstellung der Beauftragung und Überwachung von Werkstattleistungen Bewertung von Instandhaltungs\- und Instandsetzungs\-Dienstleistern Reisetätigkeit (Standorte Luzern und Hamburg, Werkstattbesuche) ca. 30% Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Berufslehre, wenn möglich im technischen Bereich sowie einkaufsspezifische Weiterbildung (z.B. Einkaufsfachfrau/\-mann, Einkaufsleiter/\-in) Bachelor\- oder Masterabschluss (FH/Uni) sowie eine einkaufsspezifische Weiterbildung Weiterbildung im Vertragswesen von Vorteil Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen und/oder strategischen Einkauf, ideal im Berich Instandhaltung/Instandsetzung von Güterwagen Ausgewiesenes und sehr gutes Wissen im Bereich Güterwagen sowie im internationalen Bahnumfeld Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1\) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind.
