Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Verantwortung für das Produktmanagement und den strategischen Einkauf einer definierten Produktgruppe
  • Analyse von Markt- und Bedarfsentwicklungen sowie Planung und Steuerung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten
  • Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Pflege, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Identifikation und Realisierung von Kosteneinsparungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Materialversorgung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Verkauf, Logistik und weiteren internen Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf oder Produktmanagement, idealerweise in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Lieferantenmanagement und in globalen Beschaffungsprozessen
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
