Mit Standorten in der ganzen Schweiz unterstützen wir unsere Kunden, um deren Aufträge und Projekte erfolgreich zu realisieren. Für unseren Kunden in der Region Biel Seeland suchen wir einen/eine Einrichter (a) 100%

Aufgaben:

  • Umbau der Spritzgussmaschinen: Sie übernehmen das Umbauen und Einrichten von Spritzgussmaschinen der Marken Engel, Arburg, Demag, Ferromatik.
  • Einstellen der Spritzgussmaschinen: Sie sind verantwortlich für das präzise Einstellen der Maschinen, um eine optimale Produktion zu gewährleisten.
  • Die Fähigkeit, Roboter der Marken Engel, Arburg und Geiger zu programmieren, ist ein zusätzlicher Vorteil. Sie erhalten auch eine Schulung und Unterstützung.
  • Verantwortung/ Überwachung der Produktqualität
  • Dokumentation der Produktionskennzahlen
  • Einweisung der Maschinenbediener: Sie führen Schulungen und Einweisungen der Maschinenbediener in Bezug auf Verpackungsanweisungen und Teilequalität durch, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicherzustellen.
  • Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Anlagen

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik ( 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffindustrie) * Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Spritzgussmaschinen * Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Linearrobotern (Engel, Arburg, Geiger) ist willkommen. * Sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit technischem Verständnis * Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch in der Anleitung von Maschinen-bedienern * Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (Früh- und Spätschicht) * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
