Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Du nimmst telefonisch Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden auf und vereinbarst Termine mit interessierten Personen.
  • Du führst freundliche, professionelle und zielorientierte Gespräche.
  • Du beantwortest Fragen und gehst individuell auf die Anliegen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden ein.
  • Du koordinierst die vereinbarten Termine mit den zuständigen Ansprechpartnerinnen und Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du erfasst und dokumentierst Kundenkontakte sorgfältig in den entsprechenden Systemen.
  • Du lernst unsere Dienstleistungen und Prozesse Schritt für Schritt kennen und setzt dein Wissen gezielt in deinen Gesprächen ein.

Dein Profil -----------

  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse – beide Sprachen sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und hast Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, freundlich und überzeugst durch deine positive Art.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbstständig und zielorientiert.
  • Du bist offen für Neues und lernst gerne dazu.
  • Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen! Erfahrung im Kundendienst, Verkauf oder in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du bist zeitlich flexibel und bereit, regelmässig auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten.

  • Arbeitspensum ab 17 Stunden pro Woche möglich.
  • Nach einer erfolgreichen Einarbeitung von 3 Monaten ist 100 % Homeoffice möglich.
