Wir suchen eine Macherin oder einen Macher, die oder der mit anpackt und uns als Elektriker:in als Sachbearbeiter:in Energieabrechnung und Kundenservice unterstützt.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die präzise Erstellung der jährlichen Abrechnungen im Bereich Energie- und Wasserkosten – insbesondere der Stromkostenabrechnungen im Zusammenhang mit ZEV (Zusammenschluss zum Eigenverbrauch) sowie dem Ladestrom für E-Mobilität
  • Du fungierst als kompetente Ansprechperson für Gebäudeeigentümer:innen und Liegenschaftsbuchhalter:innen und unterstützt sie bei allen Fragen rund um die Stromverrechnung und Energieabrechnung
  • Du nimmst die Anliegen unserer Stockwerkeigentümer:innen und Mieter:innen entgegen und beantwortest ihre Fragen
  • Du bist Sparringspartner für Deine Kolleg:innen und unterstützt abteilungsübergreifend in Belangen der Stromverrechnung

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrik
  • Idealerweise kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Technische:r Kaufmann/-frau
  • Weiterbildung oder Praxiserfahrung in der Energieversorgung ist willkommen
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft in eine neue Materie und Zahlenflair
  • Kommunikative, motivierte, ziel- und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und dennoch ein echte:r Teamplayer:in
  • Du bist mündlich und schriftlich versiert in der deutschen Sprache
