Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Selbständige Leitung und Koordination von Elektroprojekten im Bereich Neubau, Umbau sowie Ladenbau
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und termingerechte Umsetzung der Projekte
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Kundschaft sowie Erarbeitung wirtschaftlicher und praxisorientierter Lösungen
  • Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden sowie der beteiligten Partner auf den Baustellen
  • Überwachung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen während der gesamten Projektabwicklung
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle der projektrelevanten Unterlagen und Dokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und geltenden Normen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Prozessen innerhalb des Unternehmens

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektro-Sicherheitsberater/in mit eidg. Fachausweis, Elektro-Projektleiter/in mit eidg. Fachausweis oder Elektroinstallateur/in mit eidg. Diplom
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Elektroinstallateur/in oder Elektromonteur/in
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten ist von Vorteil oder die Motivation, sich in diese Funktion weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B
  • Selbständige Leitung und Koordination von Elektroprojekten im Bereich Neubau, Umbau sowie Ladenbau
