Strom, Daten und Smart Home – dafür steht die Elektro AG in Münchenbuchsee. Als inhabergeführtes Elektrounternehmen sorgen wir mit 26 Mitarbeitenden dafür, dass in der Region alles rundläuft: Stark\- und Schwachstrom, Telematik, Smart Home sowie Arbeiten am örtlichen Versorgungsnetz. Für unser Führungsteam suchen wir eine engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Elektro\-Projektleiter (m/w) \- Mitglied der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Hier sind Sie Kopf und Macher zugleich: Sie führen unterschiedlichste Projekte (vorwiegend Starkstrom) von der Kalkulation bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss – selbständig und mit unternehmerischem Weitblick. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden wie Mitarbeitende klären Sie den Bedarf, erstellen Offerten und koordinieren die Aufträge. Sie planen den Personaleinsatz, sorgen für eine durchdachte Arbeitsvorbereitung und behalten auch bei grösseren Bauvorhaben die Fäden fest in der Hand. Und weil jedes gute Projekt das richtige Material zur richtigen Zeit braucht, kümmern Sie sich ebenso um dessen Beschaffung für Ihre Baustellen.

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten: Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur EFZ mit und haben die Weiterbildung zum Elektro\-Projektleiter abgeschlossen – oder stehen davor. Projekte jeder Grösse bringen Sie mit Leidenschaft und Erfolg ins Ziel. Erste Führungserfahrung haben Sie gesammelt, unternehmerisches Denken ist für Sie selbstverständlich, und im Kontakt mit Kunden und Partnern überzeugen Sie mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Sie arbeiten selbständig, zuverlässig und pflichtbewusst, treten kommunikativ auf und stellen Ihre Kundschaft konsequent ins Zentrum. CAD\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, der Führerausweis der Kategorie B rundet Ihr Profil ab.
