Das grosse schweizerische Unternehmen im Gebäudetechnik\-, Bau\- und Industrie\-Umfeld ist regional sehr bekannt, lokal langjährig verankert und in seinem Segment führend. Aufgrund des Markterfolges und dem damit zusammenhängenden Service\-Ausbau bin ich für diese vielseitige, zentrale und herausfordernde Aufgabe mit der Suche beauftragt nach einer versierten, motivierten und selbständigen Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Gesamtverantwortung über den Spezial\-Bereich des Unternehmens, Koordination aller Geschäftstätigkeiten im Elektro\-Service\-Bereich * Fachliche und personelle Führung eines rund fünfköpfigen Teams von FachspezialistInnen und erfahrenen Elektroprofis * Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Begleitung von einfachen bis sehr komplexen internen Projekten im Betrieb (Elektroversorgungs\-Konzepte, Auftrags\-Planungen), Überwachung sämtlicher Elektro\-Installationen * Single Point of Contact für alle spezifischen Fragen der Aussenstellen und Projektleiter sowie intensive Prozess\-Begleitungen auf den Projektstandorten in der Region * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der ganzen Firma bei speziellen Aufgabenstellungen, enger Kontakt mit der Standortleitung Ihr Profil:

* Fachausbildung im Elektro\-Bereich mit möglicher Fach\-Weiterbildung, allenfalls Zusatzausbildung Richtung Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Management * Einige Jahre Berufs\-Praxiserfahrung im Elektroinstallations\-Umfeld (von Vorteil im Betrieb und/oder auf spezifischen Projekten und/oder allgemeinem Kundendienst) * Leistungsausweis in einer Fach\- und nach Möglichkeit Führungs\-Aufgabe eines anspruchsvollen Unternehmens im Gebäudetechnik\-, Industrie\- oder Baugewerbe * Deutsch als Muttersprache, Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache oder Englisch von Vorteil, hohe Organisations\- und Leitungs\-Kompetenz * Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse des lokalen Marktgeschehens und des regionalen Umfeldes, Reisebereitschaft in der Region, expliziter Wunsch zur Weiterentwicklung Kann ich Sie begeistern, in einem multikulturellen und kompetenten Unternehmen eine entscheidende einzunehmen?
