Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Schweizer Industrieunternehmen im Raum Winterthur ZH, suchen wir eine selbständige und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Elektrokonstrukteur Automation & Maschinenbau 80100% (m/w).

In dieser Funktion entwickelst und erstellst du Elektroschemas, Schaltpläne und technische Unterlagen für Maschinen, Anlagen und Automationssysteme. Du arbeitest eng mit Automation, mechanischer Konstruktion, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Projektleitung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass elektrische Lösungen technisch sauber, normgerecht und praxisnah umgesetzt werden.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Elektroschemas, Stromlaufplänen, Klemmenplänen, Kabellisten und Stücklisten
  • Elektrokonstruktion für Maschinen, Anlagen, Steuerungen und Automationslösungen
  • Auslegen und Spezifizieren von Schaltschränken, Sensorik, Aktorik, Antrieben und Steuerungskomponenten
  • Erstellen von Fertigungs- und Montageunterlagen für Schaltschrankbau, Verdrahtung und Maschineninstallation
  • Technische Abklärungen mit Automation, Mechanik, Einkauf, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Lieferanten
  • Anpassen und Optimieren bestehender Schemas bei Änderungen, Umbauten oder Weiterentwicklungen
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Normen, Sicherheitsanforderungen und internen Konstruktionsrichtlinien
  • Pflege von Projektdaten, Artikeln, Makros und technischen Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen, Fehleranalysen und technischen Rückfragen aus Produktion oder Service

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker, Elektroplaner, Elektrokonstrukteur, Elektroinstallateur mit Industrieerfahrung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in Elektrokonstruktion, Automation, Maschinenbau oder Schaltschrankbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in EPLAN P8, AutoCAD Electrical, Zuken E3 oder einem vergleichbaren ECAD-System
  • Verständnis für Steuerungstechnik, Sensorik, Antriebstechnik, Sicherheitstechnik und Schaltschrankaufbau
  • Fähigkeit, elektrische Schemas sauber, logisch und fertigungsgerecht aufzubauen
  • Kenntnisse von Maschinenrichtlinien, Normen und industriellen Sicherheitsanforderungen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Zusammenarbeit mit Automation, Mechanik und Montage
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
