Elektroniker / Fahrzeugelektriker als Organisator Servicecenter (m/w), 80–100% Dein Beitrag an die Zukunft Unser Servicecenter gehört zu Soltark by Hoelzle AG und ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Diagnose und Reparatur von EcoFlow\-Powerstationen und Balkonkraftwerken, für Garantie\- und Ersatzteilfälle – sowie für individuelle Kabelkonfektionen und Artikelreparaturen unseres Hoelzle Fahrzeugelektrik\-Bereichs. Als Organisator übernimmst du die operative Organisation der Werkstatt und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu einer exzellenten Servicequalität. Das Besondere an dieser Rolle: Du koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft und schaffst die Rahmenbedingungen für effiziente Abläufe. Einsatzplanung, Prioritäten \& Qualität liegt in deiner Verantwortung. Dabei bleibst du gleichzeitig mit beiden Händen am Werk. Die Personalführung liegt bewusst bei der Leitung von Soltark: Du konzentrierst dich voll aufs Fachliche und Organisatorische, ohne Personaladministration. Das tust du, indem du folgende Aufgaben übernimmst: Deine Aufgaben Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten, Diagnosen und Kabelkonfektionen – du arbeitest selbst aktiv mit Operative Organisation des Servicecenters: Einsatzplanung, Priorisierung und Qualitätssicherung im Tagesgeschäft Sicherstellung der fixen Werkstattkapazität für die Hoelzle\-Kabelkonfektion und Artikelreparaturen (rund 30 %) – du planst diese Blöcke ein und hältst sie Technische Beratung rund um Reparaturen, Garantie\- und Servicefälle Beschwerdemanagement und Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Lösungen Ersatzteilmanagement und Ressourcenplanung Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Serviceabläufe – klare Prozesse und Transparenz baust du aktiv mit auf Dein Profil Sympathische und herzliche Art im Umgang mit Menschen Technische Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich der Fahrzeugelektrik, Hauselektrik oder Elektronik Freude an Organisation und Ordnung: Werkstatt, Ersatzteile und Abläufe sind bei dir sauber geplant Erfahrung im After\-Sales\-Service Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch \- ösisch von Vorteil Selbständig, zuverlässig und belastbar IT\-Kenntnisse: MS Office (Excel, Outlook) Was wir dir bieten Hoelzle bringt Strom in deine Karriere.
