Für unsere Produktion suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Prüfanlagen zuverlässig funktionieren, unterstützt bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Systeme und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson, wenn es an unseren Motorprüfplätzen technisch anspruchsvoll wird.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

Du arbeitest direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Prüftechnik und Produktion - mit viel Praxis und einem hohen technischen Anspruch. Das erwartet dich:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Inbetriebnahme von Prüfanlagen in unserer Produktion.
  • Du planst und führst Wartungs-, Service- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Prüfanlagen durch - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion.
  • Bei technischen Störungen an unseren Motorprüfplätzen analysierst du die Ursache und sorgst für eine schnelle und nachhaltige Lösung.
  • Du wartest, reparierst und prüfst elektrische und mechatronische Komponenten.
  • Du erstellst und aktualisierst Wartungsanleitungen für spezifische Motorprüfplätze.
  • Du planst und rapportierst deine Tätigkeiten in unserem ERP-System.
  • Du führst Geräteprüfungen gemäss SNG 482638 durch und stellst die korrekte Verwaltung der Prüfdatenbank sicher.
  • Du erstellst anwendungsspezifische Einstellanleitungen für neue Standard-Betriebsmittel.

Dieser Job ist genau richtig für dich, wenn du...

  • eine technische Grundausbildung EFZ als Elektroniker:in, Automatiker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder vergleichbar mitbringst.
  • dich idealerweise zum/zur Techniker:in HF Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar weitergebildet hast.
  • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Prüfsystemen und idealerweise Kenntnisse mit LabVIEW-basierten Prüf- und Messsystemen hast.
  • ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Normen, Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards mitbringst.
  • Freude an systematischer Fehlersuche und technischen Herausforderungen hast.
  • selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert arbeitest.
  • dich in Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift ausdrücken kannst.
