Unsere Mandantin ist ein spezialisierter Kursanbieter für technische Berufe. Sie unterstützt Fachpersonen mit praxisnahen Kursen, Trainings und Schulungen, in denen Normen, Sicherheit, Installationstechnik und berufliche Anwendung im Zentrum stehen. Bei dieser Position geht es um den Fachbereich Elektroinstallation. Durch die Weiterentwicklung des Angebots entsteht eine zusätzliche für eine fachlich starke Persönlichkeit mit didaktischem Interesse. Gesucht wird jemand, der nicht nur Fachwissen besitzt, sondern Inhalte klar strukturiert, verständlich erklärt und Teilnehmer professionell begleitet.

Ihre neue Aufgabe -----------------

  • Sie planen und leiten praxisnahe Schulungen im Bereich Elektroinstallation, von kompakten Fachkursen bis zu mehrtägigen Trainings
  • Sie übersetzen Normen, Technik und Erfahrung aus dem Berufsalltag in verständliche Lernsequenzen
  • Sie bereiten Unterlagen, Übungen und Fallbeispiele so auf, dass Teilnehmer den Nutzen direkt in der Praxis anwenden können
  • Sie begleiten Firmenkunden und Teilnehmer fachlich, klären den Schulungsbedarf und stimmen Inhalte auf die Zielgruppe ab
  • Sie wirken an der Weiterentwicklung des Kursportfolios mit und bringen Ideen ein

Was Sie auszeichnet -------------------

  • Weiterbildung als Dipl. Elektroinstallateur, Elektroprojektleiter Installation und Sicherheit, Techniker HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in der Elektroinstallation, idealerweise mit sicherem Umgang mit Normen, Prüfungen und anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen
  • Freude daran, Fachwissen auf Augenhöhe weiterzugeben und Teilnehmer mit klarer Sprache sowie praktischen Beispielen abzuholen
  • Sicheres Auftreten vor Gruppen, strukturiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Inhalte ruhig und verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Hohe Eigenorganisation und die Bereitschaft, gelegentlich Kurse oder Kundentermine innerhalb der Schweiz wahrzunehmen
