Für unseren Kunden, einen international tätigen Anbieter von Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Elektrotechniker Gebäudetechnik / Facility Management (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die technische Betreuung anspruchsvoller Produktions-, Büro- und Infrastrukturbauten und sorgen für einen zuverlässigen Betrieb der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen.

Aufgaben ###

  • Selbstständige Wartung, Instandsetzung und Optimierung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Montagen und technischer Anpassungen
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Montagearbeiten
  • Betreuung von HLK-, Elektro-, Automations- und reinraumtechnischen Anlagen
  • Koordination von internen Technikern sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Ansprechpartner für Gebäudenutzer, Objektleitung und Kunden
  • Überwachung von Aufträgen hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, technischen Dokumentationen, Checklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Erarbeitung von Optimierungs- und Energiesparmassnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Projektvorschlägen und kleineren technischen Projekten
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten gemäss Kundenanforderungen

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung bzw. Erfahrung in Lüftungstechnik, Automation oder Instandhaltung von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb, Unterhalt oder in der Montage gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudetechnik und technischer Anlagen
  • Kundenorientierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen und technischen Messgeräten
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Pikettdiensten
