Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Embedded Software Engineering: Du entwickelst performante, clevere und zuverlässige Softwarelösungen für anspruchsvolle Geräteplattformen im agilen R&D-Umfeld.

- Firmware & RTOS: Du programmierst hardwarenah in C und C++ auf modernen Mikrocontroller-Architekturen (z. B. ARM Cortex-M / STM32) unter Einsatz von Echtzeitbetriebssystemen (RTOS).

- Modern Lifecycle & Tooling: Du nutzt und gestaltest moderne CI/CD-Pipelines, Git-Workflow-Tools (Azure DevOps) und automatisierte Build-Prozesse.

- Qualitätssicherung & HIL-Testing: Du führst Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Tests durch und erstellst maßgeschneiderte Test- und Support-Tools (z. B. mit Python oder C\#).

- Cyber Security & Architektur: Du hilfst bei der Konzeption moderner Systemarchitekturen und setzt etablierte Security-Standards für vernetzte IoT-Geräte um.

- Interdisziplinäre Collaboration: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit Expertinnen und Experten aus Elektronik, Mechanik und Produktmanagement.

Ihr Profil ##

- Fundierte Ausbildung: Studium (FH / Uni / ETH / HF) in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Systemtechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.

- Embedded-C/C++-Expertise: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der hardwarenahen Softwareentwicklung in C/C++ auf Mikrocontrollern sowie Praxis mit RTOS.

- Testing & Skripting: Gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Testtools und Automatisierungsskripten (Python oder C\#).

- Methodenkompetenz: Vertrautheit mit modernen Versionierungstools (Git) und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden.

- Persönlichkeit & Sprachen: Analytische Denkweise, hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Freude an der Lösung komplexer Systemfragen. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
