Empfangsmitarbeiter*in 40–60%

Ihre Aufgaben • Freundliche Begrüssung sowie kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Bade-, Sauna- und Fitnessgäste • Bedienung des Kassensystems und Abwicklung des Inkassos • Professioneller Verkauf von Eintritten, Abonnements und Wellness-Angeboten • Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben am Empfang • Betreuung der Gäste im Bistro inkl. Zubereitung kleiner Snacks und Getränke • Tagesabschlüsse und Erstellung der Abrechnungen

Ihr Profil • Freundliche, dienstleistungsorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit • Freude am direkten Gästekontakt und am Arbeiten im Team • Gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kassensystemen von Vorteil • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten inkl. Abend- und Wochenenddiensten • Erfahrung im Empfangs-, Service- oder Wellnessbereich von Vorteil • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
