Für einen renommierten Kunden in der Region Rotkreuz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgestellte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Empfang und die Administration.

Du bist gerne die erste Ansprechperson, behältst auch bei mehreren Anliegen den Überblick und schätzt den täglichen Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Menschen? Dann könnte diese Stelle genau zu dir passen.

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du unter anderem für folgende Tätigkeiten zuständig:

Freundlicher und professioneller Empfang von Gästen, Besuchern und Mitarbeitenden Betreuung der Telefonzentrale sowie Bearbeitung allgemeiner E-Mail-Anfragen Koordination und Weiterleitung von internen und externen Anliegen Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Post Pflege und Verwaltung von Daten sowie internen Informationen Organisation und Verwaltung von Zutrittsbadges und Parkmöglichkeiten Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Meetings und Veranstaltungen Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Caterings und internen Anlässen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Bereichen und Ansprechpartnern Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Themen rund um den Standort Dein Profil

Für diese Position suchen wir eine zuverlässige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsgedanken.

Du bringst idealerweise Folgendes mit:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung im Dienstleistungs-, Empfangs- oder Hotelbereich Berufserfahrung am Empfang, in der Administration oder in einer vergleichbaren Position Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – zwingend erforderlich Gute Englischkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Organisationstalent und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen Flexibilität bezüglich der Arbeitszeiten Bereitschaft für vereinzelte Feiertagseinsätze Das erwartet dich
