Deine Aufgaben -Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Gäste -Bedienung der Telefonzentrale -Sicherstellung der kundenseitigen Anmeldeprozesse -Postbearbeitung -Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Formularen, Checklisten, etc. -Büromaterialverwaltung

Unsere Anforderungen -Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung -Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Dienstleistungsbereich -Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind unerlässlich -Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise -Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten -Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse -Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift -Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen (z. B. Französisch oder Italienisch) von Vorteil
