Pour soutenir administrativement notre Academy à Würenlingen, nous recherchons une personne motivée, dynamique et fiable, qui soutiendra notre responsable sécurité (SiBe) dans les tâches quotidiennes et contribuera activement au développement de notre culture de sécurité.

Employé administratif en sécurité au travail (50-60 %) (h/f/d)

Vos principales tâches

- Vous soutenez notre SiBe dans les opérations quotidiennes et les tâches administratives liées à la sécurité au travail.

- Vous coordonnez les formations internes en sécurité, préparez les documents et assurez la documentation complète ainsi que le suivi.

- Vous contribuez au développement et à la mise en œuvre de notre concept de sécurité d-entreprise.

- Vous accompagnez le suivi des contrôles de chantier et la planification des mesures.

- Si vous êtes intéressé(e) et avez l-expérience appropriée, vous réalisez de manière autonome des audits et contrôles périodiques de sécurité sur nos chantiers.

Votre profil :

- Formation commerciale, de préférence avec expérience dans le secteur de la construction

- Intérêt pour la sécurité au travail et sens prononcé pour les processus administratifs

- Formation KOPAS ou assistant(e) sécurité ASGS un atout

- Méthode de travail structurée, fiable et autonome

- Présentation assurée et capacité à s-imposer

- Communication impeccable en allemand

- Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable
