Pour le compte de notre client, une entreprise active dans le domaine de technique et de la gestion des sinistres, nous recherchons un(e) :

Employé(e) de commerce 50%

Description du poste --------------------

Dans le cadre de cette fonction polyvalente, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Assurer la facturation sur la base des rapports d'intervention
  • Saisir et traiter les données dans le système ERP
  • Gérer les rapports et dossiers auprès des assurances
  • Établir les offres et devis
  • Assurer la réception téléphonique et la gestion des e\-mails
  • Effectuer le suivi des devis auprès des clients
  • Organiser et coordonner les interventions à la suite de sinistres ou incidents
  • Assurer diverses tâches administratives liées au bon déroulement des dossiers

Profil recherché -----------------

CFC d'employé(e) de commerce

Une première expérience dans un environnement administratif, technique ou dans le domaine de l'assurance constitue un avantage

À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes ERP

Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie

Bon contact téléphonique et aisance dans les échanges avec les clients

Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément

Personne fiable, polyvalente et orientée solutions

Taux d'activité : 50% Horaire : idéalement tous les matins, à définir d'un commun accord Formation : accompagnement et formation prévus durant les 4 à 6 premiers mois Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise à taille humaine, dans une fonction polyvalente où votre sens de l'organisation et votre autonomie seront valorisés ?
