Grâce à une fondation de droit privé et une société à responsabilité limitée (Sàrl), toutes deux sans but lucratif, RPSA a pour mission d'exploiter des bâtiments en faveur de personnes âgées et d'y offrir des prestations adaptées à leur niveau d'autonomie et à leurs besoins de sécurité. Afin de compléter nos équipes, nous recrutons un\\-e : \\Employé\\-e de restauration -- CDI -- Classe 5\\ \\Description de la mission :\\ \* Assurer le service des petits déjeuners en salle à manger selon les techniques de base du service à table. \* Assurer le service des repas (midi et soir) en salle à manger selon les techniques de base du service à table. \* Assurer le service à la cafétéria selon les techniques de base de service. \* Respecter les mesures d'hygiène et les protocoles d'action en vigueur dans l'Institution. \* Faire preuve de respect, d'écoute et d'empathie sans jugement de valeur auprès du Résidant et de sa famille. \* Créer et favoriser un bon climat de travail au sein de son équipe et de l'Institution en général. \* Faire preuve de flexibilité et d'entraide au sein de son équipe et de l'Institution en général. \* Être capable de s'adapter et d'évoluer. \* Accueillir, accompagner et intégrer le personnel auxiliaire. \\Profil recherché :\\ \* AFP employé en restauration un atout ; \* Expérience pratique de 5 ans, idéalement dans le domaine des personnes âgées ; \* Langue française parlée et écrite ; \* Connaissance de bases d'hygiène en milieu hospitalier souhaitée ; \* Sens du respect avec d'excellentes capacités relationnelles ; \* Esprit d'initiative, autonomie, bonne gestion des priorités et présentation irréprochable ; \* Personne fiable avec un fort esprit d'équipe ; \* Ayant déjà travaillé dans le domaine de la santé et/ou de l'administration cantonale genevoise un atout.
