Employé(e) administratif(ve) Carrosserie 80%Tes tâches

  • Tu traites les tâches administratives liées à nos commandes de carrosserie
  • Tu clarifies les cas de sinistre et les points ouverts avec les assurances et établis les documentations de sinistre correspondantes
  • Tu prends en charge la facturation des ordres de travail
  • Tu es responsable de la correspondance générale avec les clients
  • Tu crées et tiens à jour des statistiques et des analyses
  • Tu disposes d-une formation commerciale ou d-une formation technique de base dans le domaine automobile avec une expérience commerciale
  • Expérience professionnelle dans une fonction comparable, idéalement dans une concession automobile
  • Très bonnes connaissances informatiques et maîtrise sûre des applications standard courantes
  • Tu es fiable, autonome, organisé(e), flexible et aimes travailler en équipe
  • Tu possèdes le permis de conduire catégorie B
