L-association hospitalière Limmattal assure avec 188 lits en soins aigus et 126 lits en soins de longue durée les soins médicaux de base étendus pour plus de 100'000 patientes et patients chaque année. 

Ensemble, de manière interdisciplinaire et avec toute la force de l-équipe. Dès l-admission des patients, nous posons les bases d-un accompagnement rapide, efficace, fluide et global - et c-est précisément là que vous intervenez.

Voici où vous vous engagez

  • à l-accueil et à l-accompagnement administratif des patients ambulatoires et hospitalisés lors de l-admission
  • à l-enregistrement et à la saisie des données des patients dans le système ERP Navision
  • à la vérification et à la clarification des couvertures d-assurance auprès des assurances accidents et des caisses maladie
  • à garantir une saisie correcte et complète des données des patients
  • en tant que personne de contact pour les patients, les proches et les instances externes pour les questions administratives
  • à la préparation des admissions électives
  • à la correspondance par e-mail et à d-autres tâches de back-office

Vous

  • possédez une formation commerciale ou médicale achevée ou une qualification équivalente
  • avez une expérience dans le secteur de la santé, notamment dans les domaines de l-admission des patients, de l-administration ou du secrétariat, ce qui est un avantage 
  • avez de grandes compétences en communication et un haut degré d-empathie
  • travaillez de manière structurée et autonome, même dans des situations stressantes
  • possédez de bonnes connaissances en informatique (MS Office est un avantage)
  • bonne connaissance des assurances sociales
  • excellente maîtrise de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit, d-autres langues sont un atout
