Employé(e) administratif(ve) finances 60%

Vos tâches

Gestion autonome de la comptabilité, y compris les livres auxiliaires

Établissement des comptes mensuels et annuels selon Swiss GAAP FER

Établissement des comptes annuels selon le droit commercial

Responsabilité de la réception électronique des factures

Soutien au sein du département ainsi que remplacements pendant les congés

Formation des apprenants

Tâches administratives selon les besoins

Profil requis

Formation commerciale achevée ainsi qu-une formation complémentaire en tant qu-employé(e) administratif(ve) en finances et comptabilité

Maîtrise des bilans et des clôtures

Très bonnes connaissances informatiques en SAP et MS Office

Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit

Personnalité digne de confiance et flexible avec une manière de travailler autonome, fiable et structurée

Plaisir à transmettre des connaissances / formation - flexibilité pour les remplacements
