Accès Personnel recrute et reconnaît tous les talents Mandatés par l-un de nos clients renommé dans son domaine d-activité, entreprise valaisanne reconnue dans les secteurs du gros oeuvre, du génie civil et des travaux spéciaux, nous recherchons un(e) : Région Sion Entrée en fonction immédiate ou à convenir Vos missions et responsabilités Assurer la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant ainsi que des courriels Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et assurer le suivi des demandes Traiter et suivre les factures fournisseurs Participer à la gestion des offres, soumissions et dossiers d-appels d-offres Rédiger différents courriers et documents administratifs Assurer le classement et l-archivage des dossiers Apporter un soutien administratif aux responsables de projets Participer au suivi administratif des chantiers et à la coordination avec les différents intervenants Compétences Nous attendons CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente Expérience confirmée dans une fonction administrative Une expérience dans le domaine de la construction constitue un atout Excellente maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office Maîtrise indispensable de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit Connaissance du logiciel SORBA, un avantage Personne autonome, organisée et rigoureuse Excellentes capacités relationnelles et esprit d-équipe
