Employé·e de commerce – Secrétaire technique (80\-100%) ============================================================

Leader de la construction de villas clés en main, Prologis compte à son actif plus de 2'500 constructions de villas et appartements dans l’ensemble de la Suisse romande.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un·e employé·e de commerce polyvalent·e, doté·e d’une sensibilité technique, pour renforcer notre équipe.

Notre précédente annonce, publiée en avril, ne nous ayant pas permis de trouver la personne correspondant au poste, nous renouvelons aujourd’hui notre recherche.

Votre mission

  • Réceptionner les plans de mise à l'enquête des bureaux d’architectes et les transmettre aux maîtres d’état pour demandes de devis
  • Préparer les dossiers techniques à destination des coordinateurs de travaux
  • Établir les demandes de raccordements (eau, électricité, etc.)
  • Organiser et convoquer les différents intervenants aux séances de chantier
  • Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers techniques et la correspondance y relative

Votre profil

  • Titulaire d’un CFC d’employé·e de commerce ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience dans un environnement technique, construction, notariat ou bancaire (un atout)
  • Intérêt marqué pour le domaine de la construction
  • Bonnes connaissances en gestion administrative et aspects financiers
  • Personne organisée, autonome et réactive, sachant gérer les priorités
  • Esprit d’équipe, sens des responsabilités et orientation solutions
  • Ouvert·e d’esprit, flexible et à l’aise dans un rôle polyvalent
