La Casa Depuoz est une institution sociale au service des enfants, des adolescents et des adultes ayant des besoins particuliers d'apprentissage et d'accompagnement. L'équipe de cuisine est responsable de la préparation des repas pour l'ensemble du personnel et prépare environ 90 déjeuners et 40 dîners.
