Descriptif du poste

Présentation :

La Fondation du Foyer Béthel est un lieu de vie accueillant 65 résidants de plus de 65 ans dont l-état de santé, physique ou mentale, exige un accompagnement 7 jours sur 7 et 24h/24 jusqu-à la fin de leur vie.

Objectifs et activités principales :

* Respecter les normes d-hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur dans l-établissement.

Entretien :

  • Nettoyer et entretenir le mobilier, etc.
  • Nettoyer et entretenir les chambres, les locaux communs (installations sanitaires)
  • Nettoyer des grandes surfaces : salles, salons, couloirs, etc.
  • Entretenir et nettoyer des bureaux administratifs ainsi que la réception
  • Nettoyer des surfaces vitrées
  • Participer aux nettoyages « à fond »
  • Participer au nettoyage des appareils, ustensiles et équipements
  • Participer à la qualité de l-accompagnement des résidants
  • Travailler occasionnellement dans le secteur Lingerie (traitement des textiles, repasser et plier le linge privé et institutionnel selon les consignes)

Compétences requises :

  • Français, niveau B2
  • Lire, écrire
  • Expériences du métier / voir formation (AFP, CFC)
  • Expériences du travail en EMS (2ans)
  • Connaissances et utilisation des produits de nettoyage, des pictogrammes, du tri des déchets, des appareils, ustensiles, machines et équipement
  • Expérience de travail en lingerie (un atout)
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques tels que le DIR (Dossier informatisé du résidant - Sadies)
