Employé/e en comptabilité clients et immobilière 80 - 100%

Tu travailles de manière structurée, fiable et orientée service et tu aimes collaborer avec différents groupes d-interlocuteurs ? Alors tu es exactement la bonne personne pour nous !

Ton quotidien chez nous

  • Contrôle et facturation des prestations fournies
  • Gestion de la comptabilité clients, y compris relances et recouvrement
  • Gestion de la comptabilité immobilière, y compris les décomptes des charges accessoires
  • Gestion des données de base de tous les groupes de clients, y compris les prescriptions médicales
  • Gestion des contrats ainsi que garantie de l-actualisation des données
  • Fourniture d-informations aux locataires, résidents, clients et à leurs proches
  • Traitement des demandes des caisses maladie et des communes
  • Gestion de la caisse principale
  • Soutien à la comptabilité fournisseurs

Ce que tu apportes

  • Employé/e en finance et comptabilité ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en comptabilité clients et immobilière
  • Travail structuré et précis, avec un sens prononcé du service et de la solution
  • Communication transparente, proactive et respectueuse
  • Maîtrise des outils Office (notamment Excel) et affinité pour les programmes informatiques, expérience avec ABACUS est un plus
