Afin de compléter notre équipe du service technique, nous recherchons un.e :

Employé.e technique / 100%

Vos principales missions

  • Assurer, avec le responsable technique, la maintenance et le suivi des installations du site ;
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne, de dérangement ou de situation urgente ;
  • Effectuer divers travaux d-entretien dans les bâtiments ;
  • Assurer l-entretien des espaces extérieurs et contribuer à leur maintien en bon état ;
  • Participer à l-aménagement des chambres et aux transferts des résidents ;
  • Appliquer et promouvoir les règles de sécurité ;
  • Gérer le tri et l-évacuation des déchets selon les normes en vigueur ;
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks du matériel, des produits et des équipements.

Ce que vous apportez

  • CFC agent d-exploitation ou formation dans un métier du bâtiment ;
  • Expérience professionnelle de quelques années dans un poste similaire ;
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques et intérêt pour la maintenance des bâtiments et des installations ;
  • Autonome, polyvalent.e, organisé.e et doté.e d-un bon sens pratique ;
  • Sens du service, aisance dans les contacts et attitude respectueuse envers les résident.es, les familles et les collaborateurs·trices ;
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ;
  • Domicilié.e à proximité, un atout notamment pour les interventions urgentes.
