Notre client, une organisation mondiale de premier plan dans la fabrication biopharmaceutique, recherche un Expert Senior en Ingénierie & Maintenance pour soutenir la préparation d'une installation de production biopharmaceutique à grande échelle à Visp.

Ce rôle stratégique jouera un rôle clé dans les projets d'investissement en capital, agissant en tant que représentant de l'ingénierie et de la maintenance tout au long des phases de conception, construction, mise en service, qualification et démarrage de l'installation. Le candidat retenu fournira un leadership technique, garantira l'alignement entre l'ingénierie et les opérations, et établira des stratégies robustes de maintenance et d'ingénierie soutenant l'excellence opérationnelle à long terme.

Responsabilités principales ##

  • Agir en tant qu'expert technique en ingénierie & maintenance pour les principaux projets d'investissement en capital soutenant la construction et la mise en service des installations de fabrication biopharmaceutique.
  • Fournir une expertise en ingénierie lors des études de faisabilité, de la conception conceptuelle et des phases d'ingénierie de base, représentant les exigences opérationnelles futures.
  • Servir d'interface principale entre les équipes de projet d'ingénierie, les sous-traitants externes et les opérations de fabrication.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les normes d'ingénierie, les stratégies de qualification, les normes d'équipement, les concepts d'utilités et les cadres de maintenance.
  • Soutenir le déploiement des outils d'ingénierie, de mise en service, de qualification et de gestion des actifs tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Établir des stratégies de maintenance préventive et prédictive alignées sur les normes du site et les objectifs d'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Collaborer avec la direction des opérations pour définir les futures structures organisationnelles, les besoins en main-d'œuvre et les plans de préparation des installations.
  • Contribuer par son expertise opérationnelle et de maintenance aux revues de conception des installations, garantissant fiabilité, efficacité et opérations rentables.
  • Promouvoir l'innovation et les initiatives d'amélioration continue pour optimiser la performance de fabrication et l'efficacité de la maintenance.
  • Participer aux évaluations des risques GMP et sécurité, fournissant une expertise technique et des stratégies d'atténuation.
  • Soutenir les équipes de production et de projet sur tous les sujets liés à l'ingénierie, la maintenance, les utilités et les installations.
  • Agir en tant que membre clé de l'équipe de direction de l'ingénierie, contribuant aux décisions stratégiques et aux initiatives transversales.

Profil du candidat ###

  • Diplôme en génie mécanique, génie électrique, automatisation ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans des environnements de fabrication biopharmaceutique ou réglementés GMP.
  • Solide expertise en ingénierie, maintenance, utilités, mise en service, qualification et préparation des installations.
  • Expérience dans le soutien aux investissements en capital, expansions d'installations ou projets greenfield.
  • Capacité avérée à diriger des équipes transversales et à collaborer avec de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt est un plus.
  • Maîtrise du anglais et de l'allemand.
