Les écoles spécialisées des Matines, des Semailles, de L-Orée, de La Violette et de L-Elan-TEM, du secteur Enfance & Transition, accompagnant au total 160 enfants âgé-e·s de 4 à 20 ans, sont réparties en trois pôles TDI (Troubles du Développement Intellectuelle),TSA (Troubles du Spectre de l-Autisme), et SMP (Sensori-moteur et Polyhandicap).

 

La qualité de l-accompagnement pédago-éducatif et thérapeutique relève de la force d-une équipe diversifiée et interdisciplinaire telle que celle de la Fondation Delafontaine.

  • Vous serez co-titulaire d-une classe et assurerez la référence scolaire d-un ou plusieurs élèves.
  • Vous travaillerez en interdisciplinarité avec des collègues motivé-e·s.

VOUS SEREZ INDISPENSABLE POUR

  • Elaborer et mettre en œuvre le suivi du projet pédago-éducatif et thérapeutique
  • Encourager les apprentissages scolaires selon le plan d-étude roman, les habiletés sociales et l-auto-détermination
  • Contribuer à un environnement civique inclusif dont la participation en est une expression
  • S-impliquer dans la collaboration interdisciplinaire
  • Assurer un partenariat avec le réseau, les familles, les représentants légaux

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Master en enseignement spécialisé ou Master en pédagogie spécialisée ou titre jugé équivalent par la CDIP
  • Expérience dans les troubles de la déficience intellectuelle, et/ou du spectre de l-autisme, et/ou du polyhandicap
  • Sens des responsabilités et autonomie au quotidien
  • Grande capacité d-adaptation et de structuration
  • Aptitudes à la transmission et aisance dans les contacts
