Introduction ##

L'école d'Adliswil forme environ 2'000 enfants et jeunes dans les écoles maternelle, primaire, secondaire et de musique. Pour cette tâche responsable, environ 500 collaborateurs dans 8 écoles s'engagent avec beaucoup de dévouement pour le bien-être des apprenants. L'école secondaire compte deux sites avec chacun environ 220 élèves répartis en 12 classes. Enseignant spécialisé en mathématiques et sciences naturelles dans le profil disciplinaire (80 - 100%) ##

Pourquoi chez nous ?   Sur le site secondaire de Hofern, environ 220 jeunes sont formés par 25 enseignants, 4 pédagogues curatifs, 4 assistants de classe et 2 « Senior Partners » pour la vie. Nous - une équipe scolaire motivée, pleine d-humour et ouverte, dynamique, ainsi qu-une direction et une autorité scolaire responsables et soutenantes - accompagnons les élèves sur leur chemin vers l-avenir et donnons chaque jour le meilleur de nous-mêmes. La collaboration et l-esprit d-équipe sont très importants chez nous. Pendant les pauses, au déjeuner et lors des conférences scolaires, on discute et débat intensément - mais à la fin, l-accord et le compromis sont toujours au centre. Une orientation commune est recherchée et l-équipe agit de manière unie. Cela montre la force nécessaire pour gérer avec succès une école dans le contexte des influences sociales et politiques actuelles.

Voici tes tâches ##

Dans les classes de 1re et 2e secondaire des départements A et BC, tu enseignes les matières mathématiques et sciences naturelles (éventuellement complétées par d-autres matières).

  • Diplôme d-enseignement reconnu par la CDIP pour le secondaire I avec mathématiques et sciences naturelles dans le profil disciplinaire ou formation achevée d-enseignant généraliste (avec expérience d-enseignement en mathématiques et sciences naturelles)
  • Motivation pour une collaboration étroite et engagée avec le corps enseignant, la direction, les parents et les services spécialisés
  • Personnalité empathique, orientée équipe, flexible et apportant une valeur ajoutée
  • Joie de travailler avec l-hétérogénéité et différentes cultures
  • Intérêt pour le développement de l-enseignement et de l-école
