Dein Aufgabengebiet

Du entwickelst zusammen mit anderen maxon Expert:innen vielfältige Betriebsmittel im Bereich der EC- und DC-Motormontage. Dabei zählen folgende Kernaufgaben zu deinem Tätigkeitsgebiet:

  • Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Maschinen, Vorrichtungen und Werkzeugen in starker Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsengineering und der Steuerungstechnik
  • Erstellen von Konstruktionszeichnungen und Stücklisten im CAD (Creo)
  • Entwicklung und Realisierung von Betriebsmitteln mittels additiver Fertigungstechnologie (FDM- und SLA-Verfahren)
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Versuchen im Labor zur Validierung neuer Automatisierungslösungen für Produktions- und Montageprozesse.
  • Erstellung von Werkzeugkonzepten, Prototypen und technischen Dokumentationen

  • dein Fachwissen aus dem Maschinenbau (Konstruktion, Polymechanik o.ä.) mit Weiterbildung einbringen möchtest.
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Maschinen, Vorrichtungen und Werkzeugen mitbringst.
  • ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Vorstellungsvermögen verbunden mit schneller Auffassungsgabe hast.
  • über Kenntnisse in relevanten Industriestandards und Normen verfügst.
  • gerne pragmatisch, teamorientiert und kommunikativ unterwegs bist.
  • fundierte Erfahrung mit dem CAD-System und gerne auch mit 3D Druck einbringen möchtest.
