Zur Verstärkung unseres Mechatronik\-Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Entwicklungsingenieur\*in Mechatronik (100%) m/w/d Im Geschäftsbereich MedTech entwickeln wir interdisziplinär auf modernsten Technologien basierende, innovative Medizinprodukte bis zur Produktions\- und Marktreife. Als Hersteller betreuen wir die Produkte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus. In unserer Entwicklungsabteilung haben Sie die Möglichkeit abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Produkte mitzugestalten. Ihre Aufgaben Sie übernehmen die technische Verantwortung für mechatronische Baugruppen und treffen fundierte technische Entscheidungen über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess. Sie entwickeln innovative mechatronische Lösungen und begleiten den gesamten Prozess von der Konzeptidee bis zur Verifikation und Zulassung. Sie erstellen, pflegen und prüfen technische Unterlagen wie CAD\-Daten, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Verifikationsberichte. Sie planen und unterstützen technische Verifikationen, stellen höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher und gewährleisten Normenkonformität (MDR, ISO 13485, ISO14971, ISO 10993\). Sie erkennen Abweichungen von Spezifikationen, Prozessen und Normen frühzeitig und leiten entsprechende Korrekturmassnahmen ein. Ihr Profil Sie sind eine erfahrene Entwicklerpersönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für innovative Medizintechnik und möchten mit Ihren Ideen echten Mehrwert schaffen. Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizintechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung. Sie bringen mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten mit und haben idealerweise bereits Verantwortung für Baugruppen, Teilprojekte oder komplexe Entwicklungsaufgaben übernommen. Sie bewegen sich sicher zwischen Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Projektarbeit und arbeiten gerne interdisziplinär. Sie entwickeln mit modernen CAD\-Systemen – vorzugsweise Solid Edge – praxisnahe und innovative Lösungen. Sie analysieren komplexe technische Fragestellungen, treffen fundierte Entscheidungen und begleiten technische Reviews, Risikoanalysen sowie Verifikations\- und Zulassungsaktivitäten. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung, arbeiten strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und qualitätsbewusst und führen Projekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss. Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
