DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Verantwortlich für fachlich korrekte Auslegung, technische Abstimmung und Entwicklung von mechanischen, schweisstechnischen, teils strukturellen Baugruppen im Bereich der Wagenkastenreparaturen (DIN EN 15085-6)
  • Erstellung von schweisstechnischen Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen, Konzepten und Reparaturanweisungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Berechnung, Einkauf und Projektleitung
  • Verantwortliche Fachperson und Schnittstelle zwischen mechanischem Engineering und Projektleitung während der gesamten Reparaturprojekte
  • Ständigen standortübergreifenden Austausch mit Spezialisten und Kollegen
  • Entwickeln (neue Lösungen) / Erstellen (vorhandene Lösungen), konstruieren von produktionsreifen Lösungen/Reparaturen von strukturellen Beschädigungen an Wagenkästen
  • Befundungen von verunfallten Schienenfahrzeugen im In- und Ausland.

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) Fachrichtung Maschinenbau / Mechanik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen CAD-System, vorzugsweise Catia V5 in den Bereichen Solid-Modellierung (Freiflächenmodellierung von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung in der Schienenfahrzeugbranche von Vorteil
  • Neugier und Motivation zur Einarbeitung dieses zukunftsorientierten Gebiets
  • Bis zu 10% Reisebereitschaft für Befundungen von verunfallten Schienenfahrzeugen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Belastbarkeit bei wechselndem Projekteingang
  • Du willst die Theorie in die Praxis umsetzten, die Umsetzung teilweise Betreuen und die Endergebnisse live sehen
  • Wünschenswert: Ausbildung zum internationalen Schweissfachingenieur (IWE), internationaler Schweisstechniker (IWT) oder internationaler Schweissfachmann (IWS)
