Für unser Kunde im Raum Bern suchen wir einen motivierten Konstrukteur und Projektleiter HF/FH für eine langfristige und äusserst anspruchsvolle Herausforderung.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Entwicklung, Auslegung, Konstruktion von spezifischen Anlagen- /Teilanlagen
  • Technische Klärung sowie Vorbereitung aller technischen Unterlagen für die kommerzielle Beschaffung
  • Erstellen, bzw. koordinieren und überwachen von technischen Analysen / Gutachten bei Maschinenproblemen
  • Leiten von lndustrialisierungs-Projekten, bzw. Vor-Entwicklung von Sonderanlagen, für neu entwickelte Produkte/Artikel oder Verfahren mit intemen und externen Partnern
  • Durchführen von Konstruktionsarbeiten mittels 3D-CAD (Solid Edge) vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung, d.h. erstellen von Konstruktionszeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Erstellen von Projekt-Terminplänen mittels MS-Projekt oder Excel sowie Risikoanalysen (FMEA)
  • Erstellen von Risikoanalysen (FMEA) und Zusammenstellung der Dokumentation für die Anlagenqualifizierungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Lehrlingsbetreuung und Schulung und Unterstützung der Kollegen bei Aufgabenstellungen innerhalb der zugeordneten Fachgebiete und Maschinengruppen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Sie haben eine Grundausbildung zum Konstrukteur/in und bringen idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Maschinennbautechniker HF oder Maschinenbauingenieur FH o.ä. mit
  • Berufserfahrung in Entwicklungsprojekten und Konstruktionen mittels 3D-CAD
  • Kenntnisse im Werkzeugbau, Spritzguss, Hydraulik und in der Pneumatik sind von Vorteil
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind unabdingbar
