Der Bereich Audience & Angebotsportfolio bündelt unterschiedliche Funktionen, die für eine moderne, publikumsorientierte und zukunftsfähige SRG von zentraler Bedeutung sind. Die Abteilung verantwortet die Erarbeitung und Aufbereitung strategischer Publikums- und Marktkenntnisse über Forschung und Analyse in allen Regionen sowie die national geführten Steuerungs-, Entwicklungs- und Qualitätssicherungsprozesse für ein strategie- und konzessionskonformes SRG-Angebot auf allen Vektoren.

Das ist Ihr Beitrag ####

  • Leitung und Steuerung interdisziplinärer Formatentwicklungsprojekte und ihrer Teams, von der Auftragserteilung über Ideenphase, Prototyping und User-Testing bis zur Formatfreigabe und Übergabe in die operative Umsetzung
  • Sicherstellung, dass (weiter-)entwickelte Formatkonzepte auf die definierten strategischen Ziele einzahlen und die passenden Entwicklungsprozesse angestossen werden (Qualitätssicherung)
  • Laterale Führung und Koordination von Teams mit unterschiedlichen fachlichen Expertisen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für definierte Genres, Bereiche oder Kanäle
  • Koordination von Schnittstellen und Integrationsprozessen, auch über sprachregionale Grenzen hinweg, sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Auswahlgremien
  • Beobachtung internationaler Markt- und Formattrends sowie aktive Unterstützung bei der Erschliessung neuer Geschäftsfelder

Damit begeistern Sie uns ####

  • Mehrjährige, ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Formatentwicklung, der kreativen Medien-Konzeption oder der Produktion im digitalen, crossmedialen oder klassischen Medienbereich
  • Hervorragende Facilitation- und Moderationskompetenz sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung im Designen und Durchführen von Workshops und Sprints mit nutzerzentrierten Ansätzen (z. B. Design Methoden, Prototyping, User-Testing)
  • Ausgeprägte Storytelling- und Marktkenntnisse für audiovisuelle Kurz- und Langformate
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Beratungskompetenz zur souveränen Moderation komplexer Schnittstellen
  • Systemisches und strategisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, strategische Vorgaben in konkrete operative Massnahmen zu übersetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie Französischkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
