Das Alterszentrum Turm-Matt setzt mit erstklassigen pflegerischen Leistungen professionelle Standards. Unsere Bewohner erhalten bei uns eine individuelle Betreuung in einem stilvollen, gemütlichen Ambiente. Optimale medizinische Leistungen und das Wohl des Menschen stehen für uns im Mittelpunkt.

Bei einem Umgebungswechsel in das Alterszentrum Turm-Matt mit insgesamt 46 Betten, möchten wir unseren Bewohnern durch die familiäre Wohnsituation ein Gefühl von zuhause vermitteln. Stilvolle Geborgenheit kombiniert mit zuvorkommendem Service und Freundlichkeit runden das Angebot ab und ist für uns oberstes Gebot.

KOMPETENZ, DIE VERTRAUEN SCHAFFT

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Erfahrene Assistent/In Gesundheit und Soziales / Pflegehelfer/In SRK 60-100%

IHRE AUFGABEN - Betreuung und Begleitung der zugeteilten Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner gemäss Pflegeprozessplanung - Selbstständige Ausführung der Grundpflege - Übernahme von Aufgaben unter Anleitung der Gruppenleitung oder ausgebildetem Pflegepersonal - Abgabe von mündlichem und schriftlichem Rapport - Mithilfe bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten - Fachgerechte Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen im elektronischen Dokumentationssystems

IHR PROFIL - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Assistent/In Gesundheit und Soziales oder Abgeschlossenen SRK-Pflegekurs - Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege - Erfahrung im Umgang mit dementiell veränderten Menschen - Kompetenter und professioneller Umgang mit unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern - Freude an der Aufgabe mit vielseitigen Herausforderungen - Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität - Routinierter Umgang mit dem Computer - Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2) in Wort und Schrift
