Aufgaben

\- verantwortlich für die Bewirtschaftung eines interessanten Wohn\- und Gewerbeportefeuilles \- Führen des zugewiesenen Bewirtschafter\-Teams \- Abnahme und Übergabe bei Mieterwechsel \- Budgetplanung \& Reporting \- persönliche und telefonische Betreuung der Anspruchsgruppen \- Immobilienbegehungen sowie Zustandsbeurteilungen und erstellen von Zustandsberichten

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene kaufm. Grundausbildung und Fachausweis ImmobilienbewirtschafterIn. Oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung.

Gesucht wird eine Person mit Verhandlungsgeschick und sicherem Auftreten.

Informatik

MS\-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) \- gute Anwenderkenntnisse

Sprachen

Deutsch: Muttersprache Englisch: m\+s gute Kenntnisse
